Q: Why should I pay for someone else to perform data entry?
- Data entry can be time intensive. For veteran users, entry for a 20 minute match takes ~25 minutes.
- Data entry is a learned skill. Most users say that they are comfortable with data entry after their first 3 matches. By paying for data entry you can ensure your report is based on high quality data.
- Doing data entry for yourself may leave you open to bias when it comes to some subjective inputs such as what is considered an error.
That being said we love when others learn how to perform data entry!
Q: How long will data entry take if I pay for it?
Requests consisting of 3 games or less are generally completed within 10 days, with most requests being completed within 5 days. Larger requests typically take more time.
Q: Are there any restrictions on footage that can be used?
Yes – we require all footage to:
- Be hosted on YouTube, either as a public or an unlisted video
- Be taken from the baseline, or a diagonal point of view
- Display at least 85% of the court in the frame
